If you get a good fit, cloth diapers are great about not leaking. They are very absorbent and baby is not as likely to get diaper rash as with disposables. if you do decide you want to go with disposables but are more of an eco-friendly mom, they do make eco-friendly diapers now. I cant think of the particular brand names off the top of my head right now but I know I have seen them in local stores so Im sure you can find them. If you are interested in more organic/natural baby products I found this book that has helped me a lot called "Healthy Baby Happy Home". Its a guide all about organic/natural baby products and gives name brand recommendations that the author has tried to make it easy for you.
