Heart Newly Trying.

Hello,
My husband and I just started to try to conceive. We would like to conceive quickly, we are anxious to start our family. Does anyone have any tips?

Well, from what I know so far...
From the 1st day of your cycle (1st day you bleed), I would start taking Vitex herbal tincure to help with fertility in general.I'd also invest in a lot of opks- ovulation predictor kits. The 1st day you bleed is considered Day 1. I would start doing opk tests on about Day 10-20. If you'd like, you can spend a little more cash and get the Clear Blue Easy Digital opk. It really takes the guesswork out. As soon as you get a positive opk, start bd (baby dancing, or sex) with your hubby.Stay away from lubricants like KY Jelly as they are a hinderance to sperm. Opt for more sperm-friendly lubes such as PreSeed or PreConceive, which can be found at WALMART. Try to not get up post bd in order to keep all you can inside. After you have ovulated, start taking a baby aspirin a day to help build up your uterine lining and help your eggy attach. And of course, go ahead and start prenatal vitamins if you haven't already. Let me know if you have any questions!!

question...how does a baby asprin help with implantation? I am ttc with my husband as well and I thought your advise was on the money. I just want to know the rationale behind the baby asprin for my own ttc journey.
