Default I feel so alone....

Are there any Mom's out there that are expecting multiples?

I'm at 23 weeks now and I can't wait for 17 weeks to fly by.
I'm in a lot of pain already. My legs, hip, and back hurt. I can hardly roll over in bed. I can't stand for long periods or walk fast.....I waddle very slowly. I for sure look like I'm 7 months along already! (I wish I were). I have a feeling the next 17 weeks are not going to get any better for me. My babies I'm sure will more than double by them.

OOOOOOHHHH...poor me!

So, am I all alone here? I hope not, I'd love to hear from other expected Mom's of twins or more.

You aren't alone - I am having twins too. (I also already have two of my own, making this my 3rd and 4th as well). I have an April 29th due date, but my doctor says he prefers not to let twins go past week 38, since there is a chance for placental breakdown. Aside from the fact that I can barely stay awake past 8:30, and the inconvenience of having to eat constantly, I haven't had it too bad so far. Of course, I am only at 14 weeks.

Congratulations on your twin pregnancy. I'm almost 25 weeks now and I get so tired too. I eat an awful lot with these babies. My pregnancy started out really awful. Starting at 5 weeks I had migraines for three weeks straight, and more than two times per day. I'm still fighting migraines and probably will for the rest of my life, they are just worse while I'm pregnant. I'm glad you aren't having a bad time of it. My OB told me if I can, we will try and deliver vaginally, as long as Baby A is head down. I'm hoping she will be.

Do you know what you are having yet? Or do you want to be surprised? We are having 2 girls. We aren't sure yet if they are identical or fraternal. From the looks of my ultrasounds, they look identical. Do you know if yours are?

I'm happy to see I'm not alone here. Keep me posted on your progress. If you want to see how mine has been going so far I have a blog at: http://impregnantwithtwins.blogspot.com/
Feel free to check it out.

Krystal
