I was supposed to have it the last time at 14 weeks, but I refused because I was too scared to have him messing around with my cervix. However, I began having consistent contractions I think around 15-16 weeks, went to the ER, was dilated 2.5 cm, and went ahead and agreed to it. I got admitted around 10 p.m., they starved me all night, then kept telling me the doctor was going to put the cerclage in in the morning, then it was the afternoon, then he finally put it in around 6 p.m.!! They starved me the entire time!! My sister came up to sit with me for a while and when she walked in she had coffee and I grabbed that coffee and was drinking it like crazy - I was just soooo hungry!!!!!! Unfortunately, I puked it all up after the surgery. I always puke with any kind of anesthesia, though. Needless to say, I'm not a big coffee drinker to this day

Also, after the surgery, my legs were totally numb and that freaked me out. Well, the nurse was told to give me a terbutaline shot every couple of hours to stop my contractions, but the stupid nurse kept shooting me in the same leg and I didn't realize it, but afterwards, when my legs came back to life, OMG!!! I literally had to pick my leg up with my hands to get it in the bed!!! It hurt soooo bad! She was supposed to alternate in different spots!!! Dummy!
As for the fleas, yes! They are finally all gone! I don't think the flea man's stuff helped much. My husband went out and got the Bayer's bug spray we used to always use (and never had fleas) and he kept spraying like every other day. I also used about 8 things of salt on all the carpets and left it there for about 4 weeks. I think that helped prevent the eggs from surviving, but I'm still vacuuming up salt!! haha
I still have not let the dogs in, though, because I just don't want them in here anymore. We don't have leather furniture any longer so I don't want them stinking up the suede furniture we have now. We've always had leather so I'm freaking out and constantly cleaning my new sectional. I was just tired of the cold leather and I love this suede, but I'm so scared it will get ruined. Leather was meant for kids

We have it in our cars, on our bar stools, on our dining room chairs, etc... I never thought I would buy cloth again, but it was just so nice and comfy looking...hehe
Okay, my medication is kicking in and now I'm babbling. I have a lot of money to make up so I must go.
I will talk to you all later!
