I am trying to meditate this morning. You should try it too. I have high anxiety at times and I want to reduce that and of course stress. Can you get on YouTube from work? YouTube - Three Minute Meditation by Dr. Susan Taylor Try that link and see if it works....there are lots of other videos to help you meditate. Morning, ladies! My you are earlybirds, but then I forget that you work outside of the home so you have to be!

Kris what is that you do? Are you feeling in better spirits today?

Charlotte how are you feeling? Do you feel pregnant?

Laura, what's up? I was fascinated by the geocaching info. Of course I wanted to wow my husband with my new knowledge and he already knew about it. I guess some of the guys at Fire participate.

Any big plans for St. Patrick's Day?

Sirk/Laura, have you tried contacting the site admin to see if you can change your username? Forgive me if you've already thought of that and have tried it!

The kids are eating Lucky Charms as we "speak". I bought a box at the grocery store last night as a treat for St. Patrick's Day. (We are not Irish AT ALL, but love to celebrate for any old occassion!) For lunch we are having green eggs and ham (a la Dr. Seuss, who by the way, celebrates his birthday in March) and for dinner tonight I am making reubens with baked potato soup! I've got my bakers in the oven as we speak and will fry up the bacon in a little while. I still need to make a chocolate cake (with green frosting of course).

Ok, I'll stop. Yes, I'm feeling a bit better today, but Debby's funeral is actually this afternoon. And I am swamped at work too....

Kris, I'm not sure what industry you work in...will you and your office workers be able to shut down and attend the funeral?

I imagine that if you are in healthcare/ems/education etc. you might not be able to get away or have everyone leave at the same time.

Saying a prayer for you and your dearly departed friend!
