Hey, sorry guys - my daddy is acting all weird again - just when I thought he would get better. I just don't know what to do. He refuses the hospital, but I may have to force him soon.

Nope, not feeling too pregnant yet, but I hope it's coming. I feel a little nauseated in the mornings, but it goes away after I eat something. My tay-tays are sore, though...if I just barely graze them I yell! haha The pain seems to be intermittent, though - more during the night than the day...guess that will change soon

Your Saint Patty day sounds awesome, Val! I want to come for dinner, too!! I had a dinner planned, but just too much going on to worry about cooking....we'll see how it goes

Where's Laura? Did she have an appointment today?

I'm glad you're feeling better today, Sirk - I've had some depressed moods on and off, triggered by this or that lately (even w/out worrying about my dad). I hate that icky feeling! Things will get better for us soon. Time really does heal emotional wounds. I never thought that dark cloud that was over my head for so long when Scott's dad died in our home would ever go away, but it did - just took time.

Sirk...ok, I'm a dummy! If you scramble them up a bit you get Risk! That's probably more appropriate!

Sorry Valerie, you asked me before what I did....I work at an out patient, state funded, mental health clinic. We did not shut down so we could all attend. Some went to the viewing earlier than the service, and some went to the service. I didn't go to either. I do NOT handle funeral homes well. That coupled with the fact that my Dr. told me to try to avoid all "big" stress (my blood pressure was a tad high) and that Debby understood my fear of funeral homes...I just felt it best to avoid. I do feel guilty, but I know she would understand.

I do think that the volleyball with my DD last night helped my mood. I'm coaching 3rd through 6th graders and some of them are just so dang cute! It was fun. Got me off of my GROWING butt and off the couch which was great!

Where are you all? Ok, this isn't going to work if you won't all come out and play like we used to!!!!! I'm getting ready to leave work in about 15 minutes. I have NO dinner plan.....hmmmm....maybe beef stroganoff. That'll work. so, I'll just sit here and talk to my own self then.
