Default Are ya ready??!!

For Turkey day? I'm going shopping today for all the staples,(I'll wait till Wednesday to get all my fresh stuff). And I have a 30 pound free range turkey in my fridge...yum! Just thought I'd share a couple of my tried and true recipes with you, they are AMAZING!!
This is SERIOUSLY the best gravy I've ever made! The turkey is pretty incredible too...
Pancetta-Sage Turkey with Pancetta-Sage Gravy Recipe at Epicurious.com
This is simple and delicious, very mild in comparison with whole sprouts. Tiffany, I ALWAYS recommend this to my vegetarian friends, it's INCREDIBLE!
Brussels Sprout Hash with Caramelized Shallots Recipe at Epicurious.com
In addition to these, I make homemade baked Macaroni and Cheese, Mashers, sweet potatoes with butter, pecans and marshmallow topping, green bean casserole,(ask me for my secret ingredient for a little extra kick), croissants, and I bake a German Chocolate Cake from scratch, phew, I'm tired just talking about it!
What's on y'all's menu this year? Do you have any fave recipes to share?

We're going to Jason's moms house (in the middle of NOWHERE) on Thursday, then staying overnight. Jason is making a couple of pies to take with us. I bought Marley's Thanksgiving dress (and 2 Christmas dresses) today at the kids consignment store. I love that place!

YUM YUM YUM!!! I love Thanksgiving dinner. Sorry no recipes, I so don't cook. But I do enjoy eating. We are going to my dads for the weekend. We will take the 4-wheelers down and just have a good time. I hope everyone has a great time!

Well you know what... I have 2 things to say:

1) Happy Thanksgiving to ALL!!!!

and

2) Even though I went vegan a while back, you can bet your bottom dollar I'm gonna be chowin' down on some TURKEY meat come Thanksgiving dinner! Who can refuse that?! LOL

I am making apple sausage stuffing and sooo much more.

Tiffany, I have never had brussel sprouts either. They just totally look funny to me. Little heads of iceberg lettuce.

My brothers used to call brussel sprouts bunny farts.

That's actually the tamest side of their crudeness.
