Technically my son was "early" when he arrived 3 weeks early but I wouldn't consider 36 weeks early since I have seen little ones arrive much earlier than he did.
How early were your little ones?
not techincally a preemie, my son was 3 weeks early but still had some problems and had lots of fluid in his lungs and had to been under the oxygen hood. we had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks. hes 6 months old now and you would never know he was so small.
2 of mine were 5 weeks early (the other two only 3 weeks early) and although they were preemie I dont see them that way. My 6yo was 7lb 8ounces when she was born at 35 weeks!
My 3yo was 6lb 11.5oz she did have problems associated with an early birth - she had breathing difficulties and her feeding/sucking reflex had not developed so we syringe fed her for several days.
