Hi, I'm 34 yrs. old and expecting my second child and I can't seem to gain any weight. I was only about 20 lbs. overweight before I got pregnant and I've only been able to gain 2 lbs. so far. I'm 26 weeks along and the doc says the baby looks good, my stomach is sticking out and she moves all the time, I eat twice what I did before I was pregnant. I wonder what gives? I ate all the time when I was pregnant with my son and only gained 30 lbs. Any ideas?
LUCKY... i have gained 15lbs at 25 weeks...with my son i only gained 18lbs total and pretty much was at a gain loss until the last 2 or so months...baby gains the most at the end so i wouldn't worry especially if all else seems well...you burn off a ton of calories being preg and prob are more active this time with another child to watch...this baby may leave you looking pretty good after especially if you nurse it may actually be a dream diet suck it up sounds good...best wishes
