Hello Moms,

My baby was born on 9-1-08 at 10:48am. To the rest of the world that was just labor day. For me and my family it was the 2nd anniversary of my grandmother passing. I went through 9 hours of labor!!

Hello! Congratulations on the birth of your baby! Sorry to hear about your grandmother!

MY name is Tracy & my baby boy Avry was born Sept.2nd,2008 at 9:39 AM 8lbs 7 oz & 18.75 inches via C-section. I was in labor for 26 hours which started on Monday the 1st....how ironic! Going into labor on labor day! haha

I also had a failed induction the week before & was in labor 14 hrs for that & it really sucked!

This is our first baby...how about you? DId you have a girl or boy & what did you name him/her?

the 2nd was my original due date which is my mom's b-day, then it got switched to the 31st of aug. but then she came on the 1st, weird huh lol.

i had a girl. her name is lennon lucille. after yes john lennon and my grandma.

that is wierd! when they tell us that the baby will come when it's ready, they sure arent kidding! That's a unique name! Very cute! how has she been sleeping for you? Avry will sleeep from around 11 to between 7-8am.

thank you. she is better now but she still hasnt quite leveled out yet. one day she sleeps all day and up all night and vice versa but she is sleeping longer.

Congratulations everyone. My daughter Peyton (my first munchkin) was born September 22 at 3:22pm. She was exactly a week late and probably would have been more than that but my doctor had me induced. Man was that evil until they gave me my epidural!!! Thank god for good drugs and good doctors to administer them lol.

congratulations i had my daughter my first exactly 3 weeks and 6 days early i was in 41 hours of labor i was at 9 centimeters for 6 hours and 9 and a half for an hour they said her heart beet was dropping i was passing out so i didnt wait for 10 i started pushing she was 5 pounds 6 ounces i named her AnnaAlice marie and 17 and 1/4 inches long she had yellow jaundice
